TERMS & CONDITIONS
Collecting Points
Earn points for every £1 spent in-store. Points are added only when your card is scanned at the time of purchase. Points are not earned on certain categories – please ask for more info. Those with Garden Centre accounts may not hold loyalty cards.
Using Your Points
Every point is worth 1p, and points can be redeemed on anything in the shop or café. Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.
Points Expiry
Any collected points expire on 28th/29th February each year and reset on 1st March.
Replacement Cards
If you lose your card, we can issue a replacement, but you’ll need to provide ID and proof of address to confirm your membership.
Your Information (Data Protection & GDPR)
We collect your name, address, and (optionally) email address to:
1. Help identify you if your card is lost
2. Contact you with Loyalty Club updates or offers. You don’t have to give us your email, but it’s preferred so we can stay in touch. Don’t worry – we will not bombard you! We take your privacy seriously and handle all data in line with UK GDPR. We’ll never share or sell your information, and you can ask us to delete your data at any time.
Card Use & Misuse
Your Loyalty Card is for your personal use only and can’t be transferred or used by others. Fraudulent or improper use of the card may result in cancellation of your membership and loss of points
Changes to the Scheme
West Somerset Garden Centre may change, pause, or end the Loyalty Club at any time without notice.
