Treat someone you love to a gift token they can spend on gardening essentials or plants in any participating Garden Centre.  

The vouchers are only valid if the retaler has recorded their company details in the box on the reverse (this will be done in store prior to posting) and is valid for the purchase or part-purchase of garden goods in participating retail outlets.  The vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash nor replaced if lost or damaged and it is the individual retailers discretion whether it can be used against sale items, or if change is given for the purchase of goods below the value of the voucher.  



ALL Gift Vouchers or Gift Cards purchased online will be sent via Royal Mail Signed For post and will require a signature on arrival.  Please make sure there will be someone present at the delivery address to sign for the goods.


UK Standard Default service will be: Royal Mail 48hr / 2nd Class is a economical reliable service which we use as the default service for all online sales apart from plants. For plants and items requiring a `next day` service: Royal Mail : 24hr / 1st Class is a fast and economical service that usually arrives next day (over 95% delivered on time). It is very similar to 'First Class Post'. One of the advantages of Royal Mail is that the postman has local knowledge, and will not leave the box at the wrong address. They will often know where items can be left safely. Courier Delivery. Our Monday-Friday courier service covers the whole of the UK. This is mostly a tracked service depending on the courier used. Courier service providers include ParcelForce, DPD, DHL and Yodel depending on the requirements.


Returns. Faulty Goods, we are happy for you to return any faulty product within 12 months of the purchase date, it however must have its original receipt and we will give a full refund or replacement. We are unable to cover the cost of the return, any postage costs for unwanted products will be at a cost to the consumer. If goods are deemed faulty this cost will be repaid in the form of a credit.
