Delivery

This product is drop-shipped by our supplier – Kelkay. Home Deliveries are made to the nearest kerbside via a carrier with a tail-lift vehicle. The Pallet is manoeuvered using a hand pump truck therefore, the unloading area must be smooth and level. Access to the delivery area must be wide (at least 2.55m) and free from obstacles such as trees and lampposts, the delivery vehicle requires an access height of 4m and length of 12.5m minimum to be able to make your Home Delivery. Hand pump trucks will not operate on soft ground or gravelled driveways/paths and goods cannot be pushed up or down hill, if you have any queries please feel free to contact us before placing your order to discuss. Deliveries are made within 7 working days of placing your order, Kelkay will contact you direct to arrange a date for delivery when your order has been processed.

Returns

Returns. Faulty Goods, we are happy for you to return any faulty product within 12 months of the purchase date, it however must have its original receipt and we will give a full refund or replacement. We are unable to cover the cost of the return, any postage costs for unwanted products will be at a cost to the consumer. If goods are deemed faulty this cost will be repaid in the form of a credit.
