How it works:
Collate your order using the availability lists provided. Not all items on the availability lists are on this website.
Call us, email us and a member of staff will contact you to complete your order and take a payment over the phone or if the particular item is listed on this website, place your order and pay here from this site.
All items from the Click and Collect lists will have to be collected from our Minehead Garden Centre or a local delivery can be arranged on the telephone.

UK Standard Default service will be:
Royal Mail 48hr / 2nd Class is a economical reliable service which we use as the default service for all online sales apart from plants (if listed).
For plants and items requiring a `next day` service: Royal Mail : 24hr / 1st Class is a fast and economical service that usually arrives next day (over 95% delivered on time). It is very similar to 'First Class Post'.
One of the advantages of Royal Mail is that the postman has local knowledge, and will not leave the box at the wrong address. They will often know where items can be left safely.
Courier Delivery: Our Monday-Friday courier service covers the whole of the UK. This is mostly a tracked service depending on the courier used. Courier service providers include ParcelForce, DPD, DHL and Yodel depending on the requirements.
Returns:
Faulty Goods, we are happy for you to return any faulty product within 12 months of the purchase date, it however must have its original receipt and we will give a full refund or replacement. We are unable to cover the cost of the return, any postage costs for unwanted products will be at a cost to the consumer. If goods are deemed faulty this cost will be repaid in the form of a credit.
