Returns.

Faulty Goods, we are happy for you to return any faulty product within 12 months of the purchase date, it however must have its original till receipt and we will give a full refund or replacement.  If it is a replacement this will come from our existing stock or from our suppliers, whichever is quickest. We are sorry that we are not able to refund or replace if you cannot produce the original proof of purchase.

 

Our Trees and Shrubs carry a 1 year guarantee subject to it being properly looked after in your care. We do require the goods to be returned along with original proof of purchase for any trees or shrubs which have failed to survive and they will be replaced from our existing stock or from our suppliers whichever is quickest. We are sorry but we are not able to replace the item if you cannot produce the original proof of purchase.  We do not offer a refund for plants, but are happy to replace the item or provide a credit note.

Products we are unable to refund or exchange: We are unable to offer a refund or exchange on perishable goods such as seeds, seed potatoes, onion sets & bulbs. We are also not responsible for the performance of these goods.

Right to cancel:

You have the right to cancel your order from the time you place the order until 7 working days after you receive the goods. If you cancel your order in this period we will issue you a full refund including the cost of delivery as long as the product is returned to us complete with all original packaging and is still in ‘new’ condition.

 

Non-faulty goods: 

If you change your mind on something you have purchased from us within 30 days of receipt but outside of the ‘right to cancel’ period (7 working days after you receive the goods) we will issue a refund or credit note, to the value of goods provided that they are complete with original packaging and are still in ‘new’ condition but we will not issue a refund for the cost of delivery or return carriage.
