This years Christmas Market 2010 for crafts people and food producers will be held on Saturday 4th December at West Somerset Garden Centre.

Following last year’s busy Christmas Market we have decided to hold another one this year on Saturday December 4th between 9am and 4pm. This is the same weekend as Dunster by Candlelight so there is a large influx of visitors to the area. It is also traditionally our busiest weekend in December for selling Christmas Trees. The market is only for crafts people and food producers. We would like to have as many different products as possible so that it is interesting for the customers and better for the producers.

Exhibitors

The marquee will have lighting and electric points, for low watt lights. We are planning to site the marquee alongside the shop this year so that the customers can visit everything in one area. There will be extensive advertising including magazine advertisements, banners, posters and 10,000 leaflets to be distributed throughout the West Somerset area. If you are able to display a poster or would like some leaflets please could you let us know at the time of booking.

All exhibitors will be provided with a pitch approximately 6ft x 6ft and a table 6ft x 2.5ft. Could you also, if possible, bring your own extension lead with sockets. The cost is £57 which includes VAT, this payment is non-refundable.The car park will be open at 7.30am so that you will be able to set up early before the garden centre starts operating at 8am.

If you would like to exhibit at this event please fill in the form below, include the relevant payment (cheques should be made out to West Somerset Garden Centre Ltd.) and send to Fiona Johnson at West Somerset Garden Centre to secure your place.
